Yesterday, FG and I picked a bunch of plumerias and she made a lei for FM, who was returning from a two week trip to Georgia. She did a great job and it has the best smell 🙂
First thing this morning, we headed to the beach. Our goal was to explore “Double Reef” beach which is located on the Navy base just down the road from us BUT it was closed due to the ranges being open so we went directly to Ritidian Beach and enjoyed a morning of swimming, snorkeling and sand castle building.
Double Reef is high on our ‘must do’ list before we leave ~ everyone who’s been there says it’s fabulous and very isolated.
FM is doing very well with his jet-lag but then again he always does.

Logan reminded me of all the ladies in Hawaii at the airport making leis to sell to the people. She did a good job on the lei. The pictures are great as always.
