Hi! Love reading your blog! I think I know your CSM. Is his name Carl? If it is we are great friends with him and his wife, even though we haven’t seen them since Hawaii in 2000! You are in my thoughts!

I will definitely say a prayer for all our soldiers tonight. My nephew just got home from a (brief) special assignment in Iraq, and is likely going to Afghanistan with his unit before the holidays:(
